You can get a HTC Sensation XE from £140-£160 used on ebay.
4.3" QHD screen Dual core processor 8mp camera Android ICS Was released about this time last year and probably the best spec you can get for the price. |

Galaxy S2 is still going for around £200+ on ebay. Plus i'd say the Sensation XE is slightly better spec wise.

The Sony Xperia J or Xperia U could be worth a look at, depending on what size screen your after and how much speed you'll need from the engine. I suppose it could be argued that neither of those would be much of an 'upgrade' ; but you'd be able to buy either of those brand new for your budget.
I always get myself into a shop for some hands-on time before I plump for a new handset, and even then I'd still had a few regrets. |
