What's you preference?

Mad Hatter's Tea Party......

or 1940s inspired Tea Party which obviously will involve making cakes with no eggs or butter as there was rationing then.

I am so selfish, I usually just rely on you and as the big hand moved up to the twelve I got panicky.

You have come from an erudite thread to the complete opposite.

For someone who fancies himself as a fashion designer, Poundshop Liberace has some awful clothing.

Yeah, but I think both have interesting aspects to them, makes me laugh anyway.

Afternoon tea the old styled way...very nice, used to have it.

Doesn't the dormouse's head get shoved into the teapot at the Mad Hatter's Tea party?

Vintage 1940s?

I was at school then. I am definitely not vintage - well not yet.

She was not a Queen in 1940!

But tea with the Queen sounds great, so when do I get the invite.
