£26 for tea,

I would want a fumble with Vera Lynn as an extra for that.

Oh dear, they have no idea what Afternoon tea is all about!
In the late 1950s my mother used to take us out for afternoon tea as a treat. Sandwiches with no crusts and tall cake stand and cakes that were fabulous. Meringues made with proper egg white.

Cake and bread&butter - Very good for Passive Aggressive Kombat (cf Cecily Cardew and Gwendolen Fairfax)
Yes, one of my favourite plays/movies.

Had a friend who always had traditional afternoon tea, and was invited to partake...was a dream, much missed now, but some happy memories all the same

Mad Hatter's Tea Party should be good fun.....but where the candidates are concerned, could be a disaster!

Yeah - but that was the 50s! 1940s would have been a tad more basic!

They'll NEVER live this down!

Their prices are ridiculous even for a proper tea, and theirs are far from proper.

Oh dear me....people aren't bothered with prices, really!

This lot are CLUELESS, just get on with it. This is a disaster. The others can't organise themselves either, it's not just David.

Yes if his team loses he'll be gone.

Although I blame the Jam and Cheese.
