So we'll know the identity of the final two and winner this weekend then. What a fantastic idea...really makes sense to spoil the final (as obvious as it is) two weeks before it.

No, otherwise they would have done it from the start of the series, as they did on X Factor USA. If it's true, it's just an underhand way of manipulating the outcome because they gave the viewers the power to choose and now they don't like how the viewers are using that power.

Have to agree. The way Tulisa was ranting on about people voting for the wrong people was hilarious.

its an open vote for the general public to pick THEIR favourites..... thats the way the show works.... not pick the ones the judges feel should get through

Thats the chance you take when you leave the outcome of a show in the hands of the general public. You have to accept their decision, and get on with it.

Sick of the sight of Tulisa..... she is definitely not the pedigree to be on that panel.... her foul mouthed rants on twitter as well are not exactly in keeping with her position either.

Given that its the ten year anniversary next year, I can't see her back.... I have a weird feeling that Dannii will be back for next year.

Well USXF is dull for me when you know that the Top 2 are so dominant and shewin for Final.

For XF UK to do this at this stage, it reeks of last minute desperation to get the Final they want - James, Jahmene and UJ.

They will do it if their chosen one Jahmene is topping the vote.

People mainly like to be on the winners side for small talk with friends " i voted for him "

This will gain whoevers top more votes and almost assure they win. So i suspect Jahmene.

I absolutely agree with this. It's a shockingly dirty trick if true.

I don't like Chris at all (Rylan has something about him, though) but if people are voting for him he deserves to be the winner.

I'm working from home this morning and have This Morning on in the background. Yet again Chris is being asked (via Skype link) whether he thinks he 'deserves' to win the competition. Why is ok to ask him that?

I'm not so sure Jahmene is their chosen one. I'd say that would have been Ella or perhaps James. I think it's more about preventing Chris from winning.

I agree with both of your points. It removes all impact from the results show. And yes, desperation and bad sportsmanship. They ask viewers to vote, they take their money, and then they still want to manipulate the outcome if the viewers don't vote as they would like them to. Shoddy behaviour.

Of course, this story might not be true.
