Neighbours Cast Member Axed
a report in a Australian newspaper has reported a cast axing from the show! Vanessa will film her final scenes in the new year!
Adain has already filmed his final scenes also!!

I don't think Vanessa is leaving because Alin Sumarwata said Vanessa got a big year in 2013 in her Digitalspy interview...

It's a shame about Aiden.
I never saw any great chemistry between him and Chris but I did think they'd do more with him after having Chris go to all that trouble to win him back!

I wouldn't mind Vanessa leaving.
I used to love Rhys before he was paired with her....

The guy who plays Aidan was only on a 6 month guest contract so makes sense he will be leaving soon. Will be a surprise if Vanessa leaves though. Neighbours are not big on axings, so maybe the actress wants to leave. They do have a lot of returnees/a new family coming up though so maybe they need her salary to pay someone else!

If they axe Vanessa and keep the Kapoors, it'll just be even more proof that the new guys don't know what they're doing

I think they will kill her off!... The fall out will be immense.. Lucas will be a single dad
and Scot Major will act his socks off

There's nothing online about this and the OP has previously created threads/posts about various cast members leaving, without providing sources.

Vanessa is not leaving. The Neighbours twitter has confirmed that Vanessa is definitely not leaving, and she had not been axed. Here is their tweet: https://twitter.com/neighbours/statu...91309152550913

If you have a look at Liam89's profile, look at his past threads. He said Vanessa was leaving in another thread, Kate is leaving (no source), etc...

So Vanessa is staying in Neighbours

Glad that's cleared up. If it was 3 months ago I would have loved this, but she's really grown on me and bedded in so well recently.

Sounds good. They can send him over to Dan's and they can both look after their kids together.

Lucas is just like a sap now. He needs a storyline where he doesn't mope around all the time.
