Let's be honest, they are extremely lightweight presenters with simple humour more suited to children's television - BUT the gbp seem to love them, so I suppose they are worth the £5 million ITV pay them for the advertising they bring in.

I used to love them on Pop Idol. They made the show for me. But now I find them quite limp as a couple of other DS posted have said. I still like them and live in hope they'll return to their spontaneous humour. It all seems so scripted these days.

That's a shame, sometimes we grow out of things, whereas I find them as funny as ever, for me, they make every show they host - with the exception of Saturday Night Takeaway - not their fault, just can't stand this type of show.
