Oh please - you can fawn all you like over Charlie (and I agree she is the BEST thing in the turgid mess that is Eastenders) - but in the jungle she has made absolutely ZERO impression.

Just look at your posts. Everyone (including me) has had our affections switching from one to another - because ALL of this year's contestants are nice people. But YOU only have eyes for Charlie! At this moment - I actually want Eric to win (yesterday it was Ashley). I'm allowing myself to be amused and entertained by all of them. You however - seem to have it in for anyone who says the truth that CHARLIE IS BLOODY BORING ON THIS YEAR'S IAC! Nice ... but Boring.
And you really have to do something about this jealousy thing you have going with Ashley.

Yes, and this I find such a shame, because she seems like a really lovely person
From the start I've wanted Ashley to win, but Charlie was always a close second. Unfortunately though, like you say, she's made zero impression

If the final three is down to Rosemary, Charlie and Eric i will be switching OFF, bit of a borefest IMO
Ashley and Rosemary very evenly matched in the odds now.
There is usually another eating trial. I think if one of Ashley or Rosemary are involved and they come across as funny then that could seal it for one of them.
I don't think any of the guys will win.
Not sure why someone said Charlie has 'been funny', I can't remember a single funny thing she's said. She has been pretty plain.

It's not even the current odds anymore, Charlie is like 4th fav now. So there really isn't any need for the nasty comments.

I don't have only eyes for Charlie. Go track down my posts in the episode discussion and you will see i said on several occasions that Helen had overtaken Charlie as my favourite.
Just because i do not like Ashley, and want Charlie to win, does not mean my opinion is invalid. I happen to think she brings the most to the jungle. My opinion.

You dont have to say things to be funny. It's her facial expressions, her honesty, her laugh etc that I find funny.

I don't want to argue with you. This is a forum and no-one on here knows each other. I don't know you and you don't know me ... but I'm sure if we met in a pub we'd have a good old light-hearted argument about this and be pals! I just happen to think that you're being over-protective of Charlie.

Agree. The only thing I've learned from Ashley, apart from a few 'Don'tcha' moves, is that she's shrewd. But as far as actual personality goes, not much. She has a 'play nice' formula, and it's working without too much effort. I don't want to see her, Hugo or Rosemary in the final. I'd even vote for Eric if it looked like going that way.

BIB That's my opinion too. She's playing clever and unlike Helen she knows how to please the audience. She was my second favourite a couple of days ago but now I find her vacuous...I don't like the flirting with David and Hugo either. Of course a jungle romance could be lucrative.

She's still more interesting than Charlie. I'd love Charlie to step up to the mark and make an impression (she'll have a chance if she does the trial tomorrow). She has to do something as she's fading into the wallpaper.
Why is it a Ashley vs Charlie thing anyway? They seem like mates, although it's not featured on the show itself when it cuts to them live or everyone is sitting around the camp fire together, they are always sat next to each other.
I could understand the Helen vs Charlie/Helen vs Ashley stuff 'cos they were shown to be annoyed about certain things Helen had done.

Oh I do like Ashley and she's playing a blinder. Agree that Charlie needs to up her game but as a mother of a young child she might be finding this harder than she expected. I don't think Charlie has any chance of winning with so little airtime.
