Well i certainly had earache after listening to Rowetta bellowing her head off!

NEVER apologise for your voice. If people don't like it they can ignore it but it is not something you should apologise to them for. It is something to be very proud of!

Fair enough. But don't apologise to knobheads like me!

I'd much rather have a voice that is loved or hated than the sort of voice people go "yeah, she's OK". That's all Steve was for me, an OK singer. I absolutely love Rowetta's voice and thought that the night she left the competition was such an amazing performance that I voted for her - and I never bother voting in these things!

I love Rowetta's voice and for me the show finished when she left, Shes a star and i cant wait for the albulm. Ro if you read this your fab and hurry up and come and perfom in Birmingham, were waiting for ya! Would love to hear that version of Last Dance!

I would say Rowetta is an excellent singer. Unlike some other people with powerful voices, she has fantastic control and never goes too far with the power.

I think the week she went she was head and shoulders above the others.

Well I suppose I am biased being a massive Ro fan - only second to PIV As has already been said, Ro has such a distinctive voice - one you seem to either love or hate. I just found that: 1. I loved her actual voice and 2. the emotion she put in to her performances wowed me every time - it was for me the X Factor. Somewhere and Somewhere Over the Rainbow gave me tingles big time but the week she went out, when she sang RDMH and WYTMTYLM, I thought was her best overall performance. I was gutted when she went out. Vocally, I think, she was head and shoulders above everybody else.... A true star.

For me I could not tell if she has a good voice because she shouted to much and I ended up not listening the only song I liked was the diana ross song as she sang it a bit quieter, maybe she shouts to disguise her voice as people seem to be impressed by the power, I wish her well hopefully she will get a career out of this but sorry not for me

Rowetta has a fantastic voice.She was probably the best singer in the competition.Her performance of "somewhere" was imo the best of the entire series.

Her voice at times was a little too deep and too loud for me but that doesn't take away her undoubted talent.

Is Rowetta a good singer? Not in my opinion. She had the worst voice in the competition in my opinion and only got as far as she did because of her personality and media attention in my opinion.

She doesn't shout!
She sings louder than some others but i think that makes it even better! better than being all quiet and putting no effort into the song like some of them do.
She has an amazin voice so she should make it heard! if you've got it, flaunt it! and she certainly has it!
