Union J ahead of Jahmene? That's a first indeed.
I don't see why you would want to see Chris in the final, he is far less marketable than the other three (well, James and Union J in particular), and the whole concept would be cringeworthy. |

Chris
Chris deserves to win. He's a lovely bloke who has not deserved to have all those disgusting insults directed at him.He has a good voice , just needs some positive encouragement

James although I don't want him to win. I liked Matt Cardle and look at what winning done for him. Sweet FA. Run away James, preferably to Epic or some other label that will actually promote.

I actually want Christopher just for the fact it will win me a lot of money and want to see the judges / producers and simons reaction. The **** will literally hit the fan if this happens.

Now that Rylan's gone, I won't be voting, but anyone other than James to win. I would prefer Chis or Union J, don't mind Jahmene, but looking back on previous winners, maybe it would be better if my preference didn't win at all !!!

Honestly a few weeks ago Chris would have half the votes he has just there, I'd rather Union J over him any day.

In order of preference:
James has been my favourite all along. Most consistently good singer. Only time he's put a foot wrong for me was when he part-rapped during two performances. I had high hopes for Jahmene, saw him as a potential winner (which he may still be), but apart from one week where he had a moment and was better than the rest, even James, he's not really lived up to expectation. I really don't think he has delivered enough vocally to deserve the win. It remains to be seen what he would deliver in a Final though. If James is the finished article, this boy needs 2 year's work on tidying up his runs and increasing his self-confidence on and off stage. Union J are okay. Jaymi is a very fluent, contemporary singer. Josh is improving but was a little 90s boyband in his singing at first. The main problem I have with them is that for a boyband they are way too serious and overemotional. There's neither any cheeky monkeys sense of fun as there is with 1D (maybe smiling George helps brings a little of this), no brotherhood chemistry (JLS), or any sexiness - they're not bad looking, JJ especially, but they don't flaunt themselves in any way, are always well covered up, so don't come across as pin-up material. Christopher - let's not go there. He is the X Factor's Christmas turkey, and I hope he gets stuffed this weekend.

I'm so under-whelmed by the whole thing I'd forgotten already that Rylan had finally been given the boot.
When I saw the poll, dipping in today I thought I'd slipped into a parallel universe where he'd had the common sense to do a Lucy Spraggan only for different reasons, i.e. he'd finally realized that he was continually taking up the space of more deserving contestants. However, as to who's my "favourite," I really don't have one, though I'd love Chris to win, just for the hell of it, as this thing's long ceased to be any sort of "singing contest." Though I was pretty impressed with James over the weekend and thought he did a bloody decent version of S.O.S. whereas most everybody, anytime should IMO go nowhere near any ABBA song, lest they commit blasphemy and most of them do.. But I thought his version of "Let's Get It On," was outstanding and one of the best things I've heard all series. Rich. x |

Jahmene or James will and they will both secure great futures from the show.
I think Union J will have a record deal but I don't think they have longetivity. Like One Direction their personalities haven't been shown. Louis even forgot one of the boys names! I think out of a poor series there will be still a lot of contestants signed. Ella,James,Jahemene,Union J and Rylan will have a deal with ITV1 for something or Channel 5 will want him. |
