Fans (of all acts , but Steve and G4 in particular) who are so blinkered as to not be able to anything which is not PERFECT about their favourite...

And, yes before anyone asks, i am a G4 fan...but feel that both sets of fans of finalists have been guilty.

I like the people who you can have a nice 'debate' with, without fear of being shot down for having opinions and favourites.

I like all of the Steve fans that i have 'met' in this forum - yuore all cool! especially karen and sally

Can i put in a comment that this is only a select few G4 fans - as a G4 fan i do cringe at some of the things put up here by other G4 fans - but please don't generalise. i for one am able to accept 'defeat' and comment objectively about others.

likes,..the late night chats,..the team no team thread,... the mods (they are usually fair and tolerant,... the vereity of people and veiws.... ..dislikes, making this forum into a fan site,...losing a lot of long time members (and i mean the ones that joined DS before the Xfactor,...the sickness of the, oooh his eyes, isnt he/she fit , i dreamt about him drivel, steve fans as well as G4 fans,.... i am not keen the way some members post on one thread only, whats the point of a forum when you dont come out to debate... i have others but will keep them for a later date

I love the Team No Team thread! Absolutely hilarious, hats off to munta for starting it, although it DID go in a different direction from its original intention! I love all my Team Steve cohorts, shortysally (the most mature 15-soon to be 16- year old ever, Eileen, Susann, Surfy Sophie, Beatrix, Trix, Candice, annabelle, seaview, baileybots, moneybags, lindyLupin and honorary members, Chuh and ZipGypsy. From Team G4, Spellbound (very special person), Gwen and pen (who always gives us great info about Steve). Loved the Jon does freddie thread..classic!

I hate the fighting. Heated debates are fine as long as they're constructive. Mostly I hate the fact that the fighting has cost us one the best psters here...ZipGypsy. Like seaviewuk99 I also hate that flippin' Orange ad!

Apologies to any Team Steve memebers I forgot!

Special mentions go to thms, whose posts I always enjoy, whip for his wit and also PIV, whose enthusiasm for Rowetta is unquestionable. I love reading his posts, despite his obvious dislike for Steve! LOL

I love the humour......the more subtle the better (even when it flies right past me whoooosh).I really enjoy the adult exchanges of opinion and well reasoned arguments as well as mature differences of opinion.



I detest using this forum as a fan-site (Jonathan's flute or whatever garbage it was),the ramming down your throat at every opportunity a personal opinion and the horrendous personal attacks which have no place on an adult discussion forum.

I also just love wee_ding_dong.She's such a genuinely decent poster and I think we are so lucky to have her here.

I loved the thread that ran whilst the live shows were on - clicking 'refresh' to find out what the rest of you guys thought. That was one of the highlights for me.

I don't like having to keep scrolling to the right to the read the threads though. But not sure whether that's just my computer that's at fault.

I don't believe that for one minute.

People have to get over the fact that on forums like these there will be arguing, its going to happen and no threads like this will stop it.

one thing that really gets on my nerves is, when you are having a 'Debate' and the other person has nothing else contructive to say, so they start correcting the spellings and grammar in your posts, i think its very rude.

That's my point entirely. Argue away all you like, but please keep it constructive. Loads of us here have disagreed on certain things but have done so respectfully. Pity we all can't do the same.
