In terms of talent, whoever wins on Sunday will be a contender for worst ever X Factor winner. They are a poor bunch. Chris can sing but is never likely to excite anybody. Jahmene has a nice voice but, in my opinion, uses it badly. James is just talentless I think, probably the weakest of the three.

Chris is in the final. Along with two quite mediocre finalists. I think that the reason for this is that the stupid judges kept Rylan in instead of some excellent singers, week after week. That is not Christopher's fault. The great British public are voting for him so he deserves to be there. If he had been in the bottom two no doubt he would've gone straight away. He might not be your idea of a 'Star' But I've no doubt he would sell records ,just not to the young. Don't dismiss all the middle aged and older people's buying power.

Chris Maloney has a powerful, strong voice and can hold a tune. It may not appeal to the audience that forks out to purchase a single that would top the charts. However, if he works hard, keeps his head down, there are many other avenues to explore. I wonder how Susan Boyle would have come across and how long she would have lasted if she chose X Factor rather than BGT? It has not done her any harm. Mary Byrne is supporting herself in Eire, owing to X Factor and trying to find another Susan Boyle. Shayne Ward may not have gone in the same direction as One Direction and yet he is doing well with the West End audiences. Worse case scenario is that Mr Maloney releases an album for "Mothers Day" and surely it would generate higher sales than 7,000? There again if Mr Walsh and the production team did not trounce Mr Maloney, would anybody bother phoning in their vote? Kerching, kerchang to Simon Cowell and the masters of media manipulation.

He would be the worst winner without a doubt. Off the scale. The worst winner of any singing competition anywhere in the world. His fame will be his awfulness. Congratulations.

I don't think he would be actually. Why would he be the worst winner ever?

![]() He might not be your idea of a 'Star' but don't dismiss all those who did vote for Rylan Clark rather than those whom others continue to argue made for better contestants. Those *better* contestants didn't manage to be good enough to get a voting fan base the size of Clark's.

Leon Jackson was the best singer ever to enter X-factor. Maloney whilst not being the worst comes very close

I still think that Leon Jackson was the worst winner. Sang out of key, no charisma, sob story, miserable.

He definitely forgot the words and appeared nervous during the early weeks of live shows. Pretty sure his improvement made him popular, so not sure how that fits in with your argument.
When did Leona ever **** up? Leona was a great and worthy winner |

It had to come down. The clash of two godlike legends of the music industry could very well tear a hole through the very fabric of space and time.
A gateway to Hell will open up when Maloney wins, so the last thing we need is a problem with the space-time continuum. |
