My family - other than me - have never seen eastenders. Only watch Corrie.

My Mother and Fathers favourite is Charlie. Their reason is her being the most down-to-earth normal one in there.

She may have contributed the least of the final 7, but Stacey, Dougie, Matt and Joe hardly contributed loads to their series.

She has fans, and not just cause she is from eastenders.

EDIT - Actually...hardly any of the winners contributed loads to their series. Even Biggins - who is seen as one of the most OUT THERE winners, contributed little compared to Janice.

Good point about past winners, they were all pretty low profile until the final week.

Will Charlie get more airtime this week like them? Or will Helen's "journey" continue...

Well ... I HATE Eastenders with an absolute vengence.
But I like Charlie as a person, and have been a supporter of hers since the show started.
I'd like to see Ash win, but would be very happy to see Charlie take it.

So anybody that supports that theory ... UNLUCKY!

Down to earth as in, a nice, normal person.

She isn't putting it on for camrea's - Helen, Hugo, David and Ashley. She is being herself.

There is also a difference between having contributed little, and having next to no airtime.

I think Helen is WAY DOWN the list of possible winners now! VT attention lately has quite evenly been spread out - and the most deserving have had their time to shine (Hugo, Ashley and Eric).

It would be a shame if Charlie won as she's contributed nothing (she was my favourite before she went in as well).

Because it's true?

People say it's because she's nice or because she's honest. Well so are some of the others.

But it isn't true. People from Eastenders don't like her. Corrie gets more viewers than Eastenders, so surely Helen should be the one that is "only popular because of *place the name of the soap she is in*".

Charlie is the only one left, imo, that isn't acting up to the camera's.

Ashely - who? If it weren't for this challenge, i would have no idea who she was.
Hugo - Bore off.
David - He is ok, but acts up to camera.
Eric - Urgh.
Helen - Acting up BIG time.
Rosemary and Charlie are the only ones who seem to be acting like themselves in there. Which is what i like.

Hmm...i think Ashley, David and Hugo are Blah. Its all down to personal opinion i guess.

Nobody can say the ONLY reason she is doing well is cause of the Eastenders vote. Just because someone survives and their favourites get voted off, or because she is a threat to the beloved Ashley, doesn't mean they are only popular cause of her being in a popular TV soap.

So Charlie might win for retching or Rosemary for having wind big time.

I've never seen Eastenders and had never heard of charlie Brooks, but she seems like a nice girl to me - cheerful, uncomplaining, un-egotistical.

And actually it was a bit of a slap in the face for the others that three of them were getting the secret tasks; it always is; they all know that those three will have been getting all the airtime and making them look silly. But you got nothing but smiles and encouragement from the victims of the pranks.

Thats what she comes across to me too. Thats what every other winner has come across like too.

The Ashley fans seem so. 99% of the people who are saying Charlie is ONLY popular because of Eastenders have said they want Ashley to win. The Hugo, David, Rosemary fans etc, have admitted she is a nice, down to earth girl. I think Ashley fans feel like Charlie is a threat. #TeamBrooks has been trending on twitter the last 4 nights whilst I'm A Celeb is on. Then all of a sudden the Charlie hate starts on here. It's a bit pathetic to state someone is only popular because of their background because they feel like that person is a threat to their favourite. That's DS i guess.

Along with Ashley - David has been one of my favourites from the start. However I like it when a camp-mate makes me do a 180 - and for me Hugo has done that. Couldn't stand him at the beginning but I've slowly warmed to him. I like his competitiveness. Having said that - I've changed opinions on Eric - I'm finding him funnier by the minute.

Charlie may as well be invisible though and if she is ahead in the polls at the moment - it can only be because of her prior fame.

I'd like Ashley to win but if Hugo, David or Rosemary won I'd be happy too. I'm just not keen on Helen or Charlie.

I don't think that is the only reason but it will help as it will help everybody

Colin will have had Doctor Who fans behind him ( I admit I'm a big Doctor Who fan and part of me wanting him to win was because of that)

Helen will have Corrie fans

Eric will have darts fans

and same goes for the rest I don't it makes up the majority but the fans of them from what they are famous for won't hurt

I'd say blinkered, there appears to be, from what I've seen, an overwhelming desire for a combination of Ashley, David, Hugo and Charlie in the final 4 though to winner.

Ashley and Charlie are very unusual targets for dislike, as they are nice, inoffensive girls. I cannot pick on a negative for either of them, whereas I can for everyone else who is left (with varying levels of importance in relation to how I think of them).

I am drawn more towards Ashley as she seems more charismatic, outgoing and interesting (which to be fair is due to the edit, but you can only go on what you see, or blind loyalty).

I really like both Charlie and Ashley but I want Charlie to win, she is just so different to her Actress name Janine and seems like a really nice lass. So Charlie to win, Ashley 2nd and Rosemary and Helen 3rd and 4th!

There's not much between them but Ashley edges it because (from what we have seen) she does a lot more.

It's not about what people DO in the show though. If that was the case, Sinitta, Gillian etc would win or get further. Eric has done a lot, but he is a horrible little creature, should he win? No. Of course not. What has Ashley done? What makes HER a winner? Charlie is a honest, characteristic, genuinely NICE person, and that is enough for me to think she deserves to win.

She's an actress. How do you know? She may be acting
