PS3 and DVDs
Is the PS3 multi-region for DVDs?
If not is there anyway to play Region 1 DVDs on the PS3 please? Any help will be appreciated |

Sadly not, the PS3 is Region Locked, only way to even think about changing that would be to to hack the system and get onto a Custom Firmware, but for what's it's worth, you might as well pick up a cheap £10 DVD Player and use a remote hack on it.

Thanks for the fast reply, I think I will just rip my Region 1 DVDs and store them on an external hard drive.
I was try to reduce the clutter of wires under the TV and just have two boxes...PS3 & TIVO...oh well! Thanks again |
