Massa ahead of Alonso too.

Not like Massa just happened to be behind Alonso on a drying track either.

"Felipe is faster than you. Can you confirm that you understand?"
Good! Massa will keep Alonso away from Hamilton at the start and that way they both may make it to the first corner!

Yeah, because it's Alonso and Hamilton who have a history of crashes. Massa and Hamilton have never crashed before. Ever.

In that respect, slightly worried that we have two Brits behind Grosjean ie. prime position to be taken out in the carnage.

It's probably better to be behind him than directly in front of him.

True. I'd much rather be quite a way in front of him though...

Didn't help Alonso at Spa though

Nowhere is safe from Roman...

Hmmm....

Listening to Martin Whitmarsh going on about how they'll be looking to do something "different" as a means of gaining an advantage for Button and Perez, I fear that won't end well.

Doing contrary things just cos you know you won't win by following those in front rarely ends well.
Sometimes I think it's better to just follow the leaders as closely as possible, use the strategies that are optimal and just take the highest possibl position rather than doing wacky, random, things in the hope it'll give you a win.

Their job properly in the first place, springs to mind!

Looks like Hulkenberg isn't going to make the start due to an engine problem.

JB is literally scratching his head not knowing what to do and sounds very downbeat especially for JB. He is not happy.

Not a good start for his time at Sauber.

The Ferrari's are fighting and Vettel has already bolted. Kimi is all over Lewis at the moment.

Grosjean managed to get through the first few laps without hitting anyone

He did lose a few places.

Vettel has to pit surely?

Sutil's radio sounded almost lyrical!

Well, interesting sort of strategic race.
Least it doesn't seem as "random" as some other years.

Oh well, when I started to type this I was gonna say that Hamilton might be planning another stop, right at the end, for a set of options but it looks like he's stopped for more primes.
With that sort of tyre wear, dunno how they ever expected to 2-stop.

Impressive that Raikkonen seems to be managing it. So far.

Liam Cunningham.

He plays terrorists and thugs quite a bit, although I remember him as an army officer in Dog Soldiers.

Vettel and Alonso both seem to be lacking grip and sliding the car around.

I reckon there might be more drama before the end.

I think Raikkonen is going to do this.

Ooh, we can talk to Mr Gloomy mid-race now.

I like the sound of that scenario! Make it so!

Come on rain!
