This season might be exciting if Hamilton had a half decent team mate. As it is, only mechanical failures is making it close points wise.

Great move from Rosberg didn't hear the crowd clapping. A booing on the podium for him? If he makes it.

Problems at the end of the GP for Rosberg again. What rotten luck.

Are Red Bull allowed to tell Max on the radio to stay close to Nico in case there is a five second penalty?

Bit of booing for Rosberg - no surprise.

Not very sporting for Nico to be booed. Good result for Lewis though.

Drivers booed on the podium again what a shame. And the outcome of the race over shadowed by yet another silly rules debate.

Why does F1 always defeat it's self like this.

Very disappointing from Rosberg again. As I've said before, in dry, consistent conditions he's pretty quick, but when it's damp/wet//greasy/changeable etc he's woeful. Max shouldn't have been able to stay with Rosberg, let alone overtake him, and when it did eventually dry out boy did Rosberg make hard work of overtaking him.

The radio restrictions ruling is absolute nonsense , but in my opinion Rosberg needed it confirmed on the radio that he should shift through gear 7 , so he should have a penalty , what annoys me is that the stewards can't give an answer straight away, to me its like they are making this up as they go along , if its a time penalty and he finishes third , we've just been through the nonsense of the podium with him on second.

And I want to know if I am in the raffle draw for the prize for naming Max as the third-placed driver or not.

There's no way Rosberg should get a penalty for that. Mercedes will fight it all the way through the courts if necessary.

If Rosberg didnt ask for the confirmation then i would agree , but imo he got advice over the radio and its not allowed

What sort of penalty will Rosberg get? Will he have to start on a different grid position next race?

5 seconds to push him back to 3rd?

I don't think it's too big a leap to say that Verstappen will get Driver of the Day.

So will Red Bull! I'm more convinced by their argument that Mercedes. Acknowledging that Rosberg should shift through 7th is clearly giving a driver an instruction. Also, the fact that Rosberg was still going at full tilt shows just how terminal his car wasn't!

i agree, Rosberg even asked for confirmation about gear 7 which he was given a second time,, thats advice surely , if they don't punish him then they may as well do away with the rule altogether.

I remember a couple of races ago Hamilton had problems with some switch on his steering wheel , he asked what he should do and they didnt tell him , so the team know how the rule works.

Nico Rosberg handed a 10-second time penalty and drops to third after breach of radio rules

Excellent news, should have been penalised more than what he got last week

It's just sad that F1 goes down this rout. A driver makes a pass on track and then doesn't get the reward due to some talking on the radio. It diminshed the action on track. Once Red Bull told max about the penalty he stopped racing Rosberg on track as they thought they could get the place through a penalty.

Well done Hamilton . Well done the supporters at the event celebrating British success.

In a way Nico should of been disqualified as he himself admitted without the radio rule break he wouldnt of finished the race

JB like he says, needs to qualify high up as he is only really able to defend the position as he lacks the speed to overtake the others. im not sure a move to Williams would be a good one thou as the next evolution of cars next year would maybe put Honda Maclaren back in the leading pack.

It's being appealed anyway. The British stewards are a disgrace.
