Poor fridge here -

Milk,
double cream,
various cheese,
butter,
butter type spread.
cyboes (spring onion),
chilli peppers,
fresh ginger,
end of cucumber,
odds and sods of green salad stuff,
lump of cooked ham,
couple of rashers of smoked bacon.
Jar of capers
jar of anchovies.

Hmmm... might do carbonara or a stir fry for dinner tomorrow.

Thank goodness Friday is Pay day !

Thank you

Despite my username I now eat a very healthy way as when I turned 40 I had a massive lightbulb moment and realised I couldn't carry on with what I was eating.

Oh and I forgot 1 thing from the fridge, a 2ltr container of homemade leek & potato soup

Why not look upon it as inspirational, i.e. you too can buy the same stuff...coming to a supermarket near you.
