Steve/Simon Cowell on Frank Skinner Show
SULLA

Did you see it. Now I would have prefered G4 to win but on the Frank Skinner Show, I thought he came across very well.
I enjoyed the show, as usual.

I was listening to Steve being interviewed on my local radio yesterday Essex FM, and Steve was saying although Frank was taking the 'P' Steve really enjoyed himself on the show

I'm not sure, but Chaz from the official site has put it up for download. There's a thread on the forum over there with screen shots and the downloads.

Its worth watching as it was a good laugh and Steve was a good sport on the show. I think Skinner liked him.

I laughed myself silly watching it! I got the impression as well that Frank likes Steve.

I got the impression Steve didn't really want to be there (nor Simon for that matter!) , he was possibly to laid back and didn't really say that much. Maybe he's still in shock, he should enjoy all this media attention whilst it lasts cause I doubt it will last that long!

I caught a Steve interview on Essex FM next day, and he mentioned the Frank Skinner, show and I can assure you he did enjoy it very much

I thought Steve was very quiet, he wanted Simon to do all the talking. He looked scared to death, although he did laugh a lot and looked to be enjoying it. I really don't think he's suited to interviews yet, he doesn't have the confidence for it yet.

That's what I thought as well. It must be so surreal for them (I include all the acts here) to suddenly being interviewed from 'that guy/girl off the telly' that they've watched for years.

Crikey I went to pieces a few years ago when I spotted Gregor Fisher (Rab C Nesbitt) in the Botanic Gardens in Glasgow. I was like a star struck eejit, I don't know who was most embarrassed?

I was once interview on Radio Leeds - I can assure you it is very scary even when it was local radio that not that many people listen to (exept everybody I knew did listen to it, very embarrassing).
Steve can only have had a minimal amount of media training so far and although he isn't yet a natural, he is coming over as being quite charming and not quite believing what's happening to him which at this stage will endear more people to him than if he came over all polished and professional in my opinion. He has the potential once he relaxes to be very good at this side of the job.
