Predictions on how the producers will rig Christopher out this weekend?
I'd say they are going to do a sing off with the 3 bottom acts with just one act saved by the public.
I hope this backfires and Chris tops the vote

They wouldn't risk that, especially if Chris is topping the votes by a large margin (the Daily Star seem to suggest he's winning the votes by a landslide).
They'll probably sandwich him between James and Jahmene to dampen his vote before the final, I don't think they expect to get him out this week. Given that in the final they will cancel the previous votes for the final 2 and reset I think it will be hard for him to win against Jahmene - but I think he might well beat James |

He'll be suspended on a rope and made to sing God Save the Queen. |

Christopher was apparently winning easily in the first few weeks - although that gap may well have closed now as other acts have gone out. He may well do the Mary Byrne/Janet/Eggnog route - tops the vote in the early weeks and then declines each week.
Given that in the final they will cancel the previous votes for the final 2 and reset I think it will be hard for him to win against Jahmene - but I think he might well beat James ![]() Are they going to do that this year? I thought they carried over the votes from the final three voting and added them onto the final two? I think James or Jahmene have it in the bag if they're in the final two with him. I think any of the other three will just on the basis that they're not Chris

I like the old school music and like Chris. He is my favourite but I think he will be in bottom 2 with james and its obvious who the judges will save

Maybe they'll say they've taken the criticism on board and brought him up to date. he'll then come on wearing a baseball cap and his trousers hanging off of his arse and do an 80's cruise ship version of Smack My Bitch Up and then a mash up of UK Grime hits.
Tulisa will then call him a ghetto chav innit and his fate is sealed. |

I don't actually think they will rig things so he goes as I think all eyes will be on to them for the one tiny suspicious move. So I think they will just tough it out and hope the worst doesn't happen. We will see - it is very interesting. Potential car crash and apple cart upset ahoy!

Tbh I think they're just going to have to live with the fact that Christopher is almost certain to make the final without any problem this weekend. He has a very strong regional vote (they got the average Ray Quinn to the final), he has a sympathy vote, he has his actual fans who enjoy his performances and he has those who want the x factor machine gone and the Cowell haters all voting for him.

They're probably poring over Road Runner videos as we speak to see if they can use any of that clever Coyote's ideas...

this is what the producers will do to try and get rid of him...
they will make it a vote to eliminate he'll perform first, union j last. he'll sing another dated non relevant song with terrible staging this is the week that simon will do everything he can to set him up and manipulate the viewers again. |

![]() Yes, their disastrous, botched assassination attempts have been the real comedy of this series. I wonder how many backstage boffins will lose their jobs over this? Incompetent tw**s!

Is there a list of all the songs he's sung so far? Surely his 'followers' will know? I was just wondering if he has sung anything that was written in the last two decades?

The running order is irrelevant nowadays due to the phonelines opening at the start of the show. The 'dated' and 'non relevant' songs are what has kept him in so far. Surely you've noticed that they have desperately been trying to goad him into singing something more modern in order to damage his appeal. He and Barlow are too smart to fall for such cobblers. They just laugh at and ignore the 'friendly advice' of the other judges and steam on towards the final. I think they have already gone as far as they can really, too far perhaps, to try to cheat a contestant (and the contestant with the best singing voice) out of winning what is billed a fair competition. They have done themselves a lot of damage and to date, it appears to have helped him. |

It is a willing seller / willing buyer arrangement. You offer what you have and people either vote or they don't. It would be dull and pointless everybody offering the same merchandise. Chris does what Chris does and it is to his credit that he refuses to compromise. How old or new the songs are is totally unimportant. |

None of them are worth watching.
It will be a bit like saying to someone that if you get to draw the short straw you get something hideous - only there are 4 short straws. |
