Is it possible for my cat to be allergic too his collar?? H'es been wearing it about 2 weeks but I always see him scratching his neck area/collar at first I thought he has fleas but he only scratches there
I'm wondering if i should get a new collar or could it be something else??

If it's a flea collar I'd say yes. Otherwise it could just be the feeling of it annoys him. I don't really like seeing collars on cats, though of course I understand why some people like to use them.

Years ago my mother started using a flea collar on one of our cats and she would hang her head as if she was trying to get her face as far away from the collar as possible. After a while we just took it off her because it made her so miserable.

Edit to say - not a flea collar! As it's got a felt lining I'd be surprised if he's allergic so maybe it is just the feeling of it.

He might have an allergy to felt.
He might be trying to get the collar off.
He might be getting sweaty with the felt.

I would have him tested at the vet to find out if he does have an allergy and what kind of collars they suggest to try.

On the internet, there are loads of examples of cats who are allergic to their collars.

Yes I'm thinking hes just not used to it but the way he scratches himself I thought he was allergic to it or something.

Mine scratches when she wears hers. She does get rid of them once in a while, but wears one almost constantly. I stopped putting one on her for a couple of weeks when she had an abscess from her annual injections, but I hate not hearing her bell tinkling when she is around.

I notice from reading the Amazon description that it has a felt lining. One of our previous cats could never wear felt-lined collars, as she found them too itchy. So maybe that could be the problem? I find that collars with a nice soft fabric lining are the best.
