Ah bugger it, if I get banned then at least it will have been worth it this time.

Oh I might get banned forever though.

Think of me when I'm gone.
Noooooooooo!
*handcuffs ally to the thread*

I'm sure you cannot get banned for calling someone daft. Plenty of posters do more than that every day.

Me too. And Jesus Christ, could they make her any more bipolar? One minute she's encouraging Ste to get married to Doug, the next she's telling him to give things a go with Brendan?!?
Obviously I'll be pleased if she supports Stendan when they're couple 'cause they don't need another person against them, but it makes her look absolutely insane Whatever, I'll probably sound like a bitch but I hope that Bronagh's back problems will keep her away from the set for a bit. The less I see Cheryl the better.
Cheryl has really suffered as a character this year. They just massively overplayed the "angry and will never forgive Brendan" card. They must have played that about 5 times in the last 18 months, and it gets more annoying every time. And I used to love them together!

She was clear to the point of gross insensitivity during the wedding. Ste was happy with Doug, Brendan should get over it, he's no good for him. Now she's playing cupid, urging Ste to go back to him even after Brendan's hit him again? It defies belief.

Cheryl only supports Stendan when times are bad or when things have gone wrong but she's 100% against them when they're acting civil

Well didnt you know all Stendan fans condone violence??

Anyway yeah I agree with you.
My ideal situation would be Ste punches him and he falls to the floor, suffers a heart attack. Begs for help but Ste & Brendan watch him die, holding hands of course LOL
That or Ste murders him with his own hands..wearing gloves of course no murder to bite him on the bum in the future please...

Yeah, I think that all three of them have been spotted filming in a pub. I reckon' that Stendan are together at that point and they bump into JP again. Maybe that's when Ste finds out about JPendan?

Also: do we think it's possible that Brendan moves in with Ste because he wants to stay away from Pa? That article makes it sound like Cheryl is gonna seriously push them together, so moving in the slum would be a great excuse for Brendan to avoid him.
Did they? I don't remember that. Part of me thinking that JP will just disappear once Ste arrives.

I would love if he moved into the slum

The idea that Amy was written out to clear the way for Ste to go back to Brendan is just ... yeah, plain daft.

Think of the amazing soapy drama of keeping her in! The disapproval and lemon-sucking face. The concern and intimate convos that revisit their history. Her and Brendan being civil but basically loathing each other. God, I miss her like mad. No sane producer would waste that potential.
And the fact she actually wanted to leave in 2010 suggests she wouldn't have to be pushed. But you know, pulling speculation out of your arse as fact is fine .

They had better give Bronagh something decent while they have still got her, with her back meaning she can't film at the moment and the Fall coming out soon then they may not have her for as long as they think.

If she is as good as we know she can be in the Fall then I expect she will get loads of great offers.

One off drama? Series?
Completely out of the loop

God yes. They've made her so... insensitive and unlikeable. I even went off Steryl because of that wedding crap

Oh me too. I hope it doesn't happen tho, 'cause Pa is probably gonna kill him when he gets up from the floor

Ain't that lovely

Anyway Ally don't worry, we have your back if anything happens *cocks gun*

ETA: Yeah Mojo, they did. If I'm not mistaken it was the first time they were all spotted in Dublin.

I think the fact that they went to the trouble of shooting a last-minute scene between Amy and Brendan shows that they adored that spiky relationship, and wanted to give it a send-off.

Anyway ...

British TV crime series, set in Northern Ireland. Due in January, I think, on the BBC. There's fancy.

Ste and Cheryl were great after Lynsey, but yeah, I think a lot of that got disrupted because Bronagh wasn't around.

I actually prefer Ste with Tony if he needs a mate. In spite of the fact that Tony gives crap advice.

I always thought ASD left at her own accord. I'd love her to come back one day. I wasn't too fond of Amy but I think shes just one of those old school characters. I hate it when people like that leave the show.

It's a five part drama hollie, it was made in Ireland but will be on the BBC sometime early next year.

Emmett, Bronagh and Karen Hassan are all in it.

It looks pretty damned good.

Awwww Stony I hope we'll get more scenes of them in the future.

Yep! I think he was spotted a couple of times in the same street/pub or whatever.

I was SO upset when I heard she was leaving, I was amazed at myself. I just think she's so important to Ste, and to the whole history of Brendan's time on the show, even if I wanted her to get her own storylines away from them.

I still think she left a massive gap when she went. Glad they brought the kids back though. Ste seems more like Ste with them around, at least.
