They're real, they're beautiful. I genuinely feel sorry for people who look for the ugly in everyone. If you look at the beauty - and that's not hard with a pretty girl like Helen - you have a happier life.
I understand the pressure on girls to get fake breasts but wish they would appreciate their natural bodies, which come in all shapes in sizes but very seldom "need" surgery (different if you have a flaw that everyone keeps on about, or which stops you leading a normal life).
