When the "Celebs" are trawling through rotting meat and fish guts, I always wonder, how do they not get sick?
All I can think of is "Eeewwwww wash your hands!",how can they do that without getting some kind of food poisoning?

I would imagine they are cleaned up from stuff like that before going back to camp; they always look a lot cleaner when they get back.

They are not eating it or putting in their mouth so they will be fine!

And as long as they wash their hands and don't do a Rosemary and touch fruit after raw meat

At least they can go for a shower afterwards. Nobody is going to rub fruit all over them and eat it. Oh..hang on a minute..
