Water in Gas
Is it just me who thinks theres a lot
more water in gas than there used to be ? I put the gas ring on and 5 mins later the mirror steams up ! |

Most of the moisture in gas has been removed. But can pick up moisture in transit. You may be right but it is most probably just the atmosphere in the room, like the rise in heat evaporating vapour from the walls, floors, wood etc.
It has to be monitored at the refinery as it can cause ice damage or rust if there is too much moisture in it. |

Gas burns with oxygen to produce water and carbon dioxide
CH4+2O2 > CO2+2H20 Basicly, every kg of gas burned produces just over 2 litres of water ventilate your kitchen!!! |
