has tonight probably won it for charlie

The editing probably went against her maybe as a bbc person.

Most of the other non ds polls have her way out in front too

Why do people always lie about the polls and the odds on here?

Ashley is winning the ones I've seen.

Charlie needs to do a trial tomorrow.

I don't get why so many people pay heed to betting odds. Rosemary just went out and she was said to 'not be in the danger zone' today.

One to look forward to

I have no idea who will win. I would guess NOT Hugo... but I think any of the others could

I dont really see why the show tonight would help charlie to win

I hope she does not win she has been a total bore. Ashley deserves it far more imo.

Go on girls!

Bet it's an eating one.

Somehow I reckon Hugo will win it, with David a close 2nd. I want Ashley to win but it's not realistic.

Don't go giving up, an American pussycat can win!

I think tonight's show will have a positive affect on the vote for Charlie, yes. But I think that she'll probably have done well anyway, and she seem pretty popular in most of the polls I've seen.

No real idea why, she's not especially entertaining to watch. She seems like a really nice person though so I suppose that's as good a reason as any other.

Out at my pub quiz tonight (but have it recorded). Did Charlie do anything interesting at all tonight or was she just the same?

Mostly the same apart from a bit of emotion when she found out she missed the chance to see her daughter.

Yeah I know what you mean, but you could say that about most of them really, couldn't you?

Charlies immense popularity does baffle me somewhat though, nice though she is. I mean David's nice and I don't find him that entertaining to watch either but at least he does have the virtue of having done brilliantly in the trials. But Charlie doesn't even seem to have done anything in particular.

I suppose it all boils down to who you like watching.

The thread doesn't make sense at all. If Charlie was edited badly why on earth does she have it in the bag. Or is this another random bonkers thread from the Dundeeboyster.

Charlie hasn't been very visible because Helen was given the public vote trials and then David and Hugo took it in turns to hog them. The producers made Ashley more visible by giving her tasks like the camp meddler one and using her as the narrator alongside Charlie. Eric makes himself noticed by being obnoxious. If they had given Charlie some of Helen or David's trials or some of Ashley's jobs, she would have been more visible, for better or worse.

I wouldn't assume either that being seen wanting her daughter is meant to help her - its as likely people will not vote so they are reunited earlier. Charlie's chance is if she stays the next few days and gets to do some trials and if, if she is popular, the producers decide to leave it as a clear competition at the end where one of them will impress most and win.

It's not just the trials that give Airtime. Charlie has just not stamped herself on the show. Very sweet but not enough for me. She didn't step up on subsequent trials after the initial incident with David. And she had the opportunity.

Charlie is the one I would miss the least. I would have been happy had she left before Rosemary, as she did things that stand out in my mind. Charlie has been very quiet and very much in the background.

Nothing to stamp on. Charlie hasn't been near a vote winning trial - and if she argued more for one she would look argumentative and lose votes. The trials that Stacey won support on went to other people this series. The camp mates would still vote for David to do every trial if they could get away with it - as he's the one to bring the most food back. They have an exceptionally (annoyingly at times) alpha male who is the fittest camp mate ever so they will use him to bring home the kangaroo. The other camp mates are less competive and less willing to do trials than on most series too. That means they are not interested in sharing the trials around as much as usual to stop a winner, and Charlie and ashley are not competing for a chance to go on a trial against against some flabby males who will do worse. There's also been no rows, or issues, to become very active in. She couldn't be harder on Helen as it was a vote loser and pointless. Rosemary wasn't quite annoying enough for anyone to shut down. No one has tackled Eric. There's basically not been much to deal with. David has been more competitve - which may work for him or not depending on how the voters see him. Ashley has been a bit more active, and has thrived when she has been given a bit more to do - she may win for that.

Charlie has done nothing in the show. The most boring one in there.

I agree, she hasn't been great. I'd like Ashley to win out of those left.
