Yup; I like his dry humour. Also, it was before he knew about the families. Heard him console Charlie when he found out.

No, it was gloating.

yes it was his dry sense of humour, Ashley was also laughing about Charley and Eric probably thinking "b*stards" in her bush hut interview

Hugo was sympathetic to Charlie in the camp when he found out about the family prize AFTER he'd done his interview

Yes, every time Charlie goes on about her kid I wish someone would do this

I know it's horrible, but as a single guy with no kids, I feel like this when people go on about their own children ...

Yes because it was before he knew about the family behind the door.

Yes it was a joke made before he knew that family were behind the doors so he was gloating. Did I find it funny irrespective?? No..

Hugo's all right. If it were up to him, he would have taken the pizza back to share with the camp, but Ashley insisted that they should keep it for themselves.

Very mean of them not to take it back and share it.

I think it was their treat, so it was ok for them to eat it. But I did notice that Hugo hesitated, and Ashley didn't.

No, but I didn't see it as gloating - he didn't know at that stage that Charlie had missed out on seeing her child, and when they found out, I saw him put his arm out to comfort her.
So I don't think he was being mean, it's just the joke didn't really make me laugh.
Sorry, that was quite long winded!

I like a bit of fun and banter I just didn't find it funny. Nothing to do about when he said it. If i'm honest the comment never registered with me.

Not funny, but not offensive.

Yes, it was their treat but what happened to being a team player or does that not apply because they are the forum favourites?
