It says that his lawyer has accused ITV of depicting Eric unfairly in the editing.

Personally I think it's just a made-up story probably put in there by ITV themselves in order to promote the show and build up more interest before the final.

Probably a load of shit. Coming up to the last few days so ITV have probably got the cogs working to get the show on the front pages.

Indeed, I imagine that it was pre planned before the show, I'm rather surprised that his agent has supposedly gone with this last minute 'bad editing' story because Eric is

a) By all accounts being himself and being represented accordingly.

b) Doing very well in the show and public vote anyway.

and on another they have an interview with Rosemary headlined to suggest she claims he bullied her.

The point is that if he hadn't been so horrible to some of the other celebrities then it wouldn't have been captured on film to be shown in the highlights.
Of course we all know that editors will want the stuff in that is going to cause the most chatter but if he hadn't had called Helen for instance as "daft as a brush" or if he hadn't made snide comments about others then that side of him wouldn't be being shown on TV. To say that he is being unfairly portrayed is just damage limitation by his manager and this suing everyone lark just validates my opinion of him a s a nasty piece of work with no concern for anyone but himself

I wouldn't think so and even they did waivers can be overridden if the show does something bad enough to warrant it or the show could get away with anything.

But in this case yeah it's BS
