In a turn for the bizzare 3 are to take legal action against OFCOM (I always thought it would be the other way about!) OFCOM are to relax regulations on 3G network rollout, which was part of the licence conditions set out by OFTEL in 2000. 3 who have rolled out their network as required by the origional condtions are however unhappy about this and see it as giving their rivals an unfair advantage.
