BT Vision has done there new thing and I can't work it out. I admit I'm a middle aged women of a certain age but I've had geek and nerd tendancies since before either was discovered..... someone help me please.... how do I get my telly and how do I work this ****er?

I need glasses to read but I can't see the text on this shit(I'm a old skool gurl geek/nerd) Glasses were great on a girlie back in the day....
