If have Google Play and upload the album it should replace it with the version where the songs aren't merged. I discovered this after uploading my entire library of music to Play; it automatically identifies the songs and gives you versions from their servers. When I uploaded Confessions it recognised it as the non merged version and gave me that one. I was pretty gutted because I love how the album flows.
Oh, thanks for that! That is interesting. I do like the merged version - it is a good album to listen to if you want to hear it in one go - but not ideal for ripping songs onto your mp3 player for journey's etc. So, the option of having the non-merged version is a good one. I will try Google Play. Cheers. I'm greedy! I want each album twice!

If you have the greatest hits box with a copy of each album in cardboard sleeves I would recommend doing it with that version; that's the one I used and it replaced it with the non merged version for me. It should work with the normal album too as I'm pretty sure the copies on the discs are exactly the same.

Yes, I do have the boxed set of Warner albums! Again, cheers. I will try it.

Haha I had to go into HMV after work to pick up a DVD and they had Madonna blasting out on the speakers! Joan Of Arc and Iconic played while I was in.

Just checked my email and Amazon sent me one saying I've also qualified for pre-sale ticket access on Thursday!! I think its because I added a review of the album! so if you have bought it from Amazon I suggest you do that quick! you might get lucky like me.

Good luck, I wonder if there are many tickets left, or if they only sold certain blocks in the pre-sale today, because after the hour pre-sale for legacy there were no floor seats left in London

I honestly think they only release certain blocks which p***es me off no end. Got presale today and after reapplying again and again, was only getting block 231 in Glasgow (wtf!!!!). Eventually, block 11 came up and almost 800 quid later for 4 tickets. Booking fee of almost £85 is ridiculous. I hate the Ticketmaster set up but what can you do? Guaranteed first few rows is great if you have £500+ pp spare eh?

Should be thankful of being able to get tickets though. Hopefully it'll be better than Murrayfield which was a sham. Been to all but one of her world tours (WTG, mum said I was too young at 13) and except for Murrayfield always been near the front. We are hopefully near the to the cross of the catwalk.

The same happened to me, only Blk 112 kept coming up, I was offered blk 112 row S but discarded, 20 mins later got Row B, its like they were selling back to front of the block, I'm at the cross on the runway for B'ham though, it was a belated b'day present and there's only 2 of us but today cost me £1400. I missed Virgin & WTG for the same reason (cos mum wouldn't bring me to the UK, said I was too young). Haven't missed a tour since.

The booking fees are ridiculous since you do all the work yourself. Mind you I saw 4 tickets on the floor at the front for the O2 on seatwave for £7k with over £1k in fees

Is it wrong that my guilty pleasure on this album is S.E.X? I was dreading it but actually it's a really fun track.

No, I like it too. She talks about it in this interview.
http://touch.latimes.com/#section/-1.../p2p-83022823/

She says it's not meant to sound sexy but ironic and detached. It's a social commentary and how people hook up and the lack of intimacy.

Erotica is genius. Way ahead of its time but right on time when it needed to be.

People underestimate Madonna a lot. She doesn't need to preach about how much she does for the LGBT community unlike some other popstars because Madonna does it in a way that doesn't patronise them. At the same time this is the reason why so many don't realise how much work she has actually done for them. Madonna and Elizabeth Taylor were the only two icons who dared to talk about AIDS in the 80s. Everyone else was trying to pretend it didn't exist. Both of those ladies put their whole careers on the line to raise awareness.

If the extremely low sales of Rebel Heart are correct, it seems that, sadly, she will not get a 12th number One on Sunday. What the hell is happening with the record buying public? There must be a good half a million Madonna fans in this country, why aren't they buying the record? If Sam Smith goes to number 1 I will be gutted.

As long as she keeps outselling him then I don't think he has any chance of catching her up but due to Mothers Day, I think more kids would buy Sam than Madonna for their mums, it might be very close

I'm not bothered about the sales. I just want her to get that 12th #1 album and take that record. She is going to take it sooner or later anyway so it may as well be now. However if she doesn't I won't be too upset because at the end of the day the reviews are in and its been met with critical acclaim. It just keep rising in the point score on metacritic. So Madonna has released an album for which those who have heard it enjoy.

I am still so confused by those itunes pre-order figures though. Some reports are saying they haven't been included on the week's sales because it is reset to zero, whilst other people are saying it has been included. It surely can't be both can it?

I'm more confused by Amazon. I'm so puzzled by the fact it would seem she has only sold 2k on there. I would have thought with only the 14 track standard being in the supermarkets the die hards would have been buying their copies from there. So it strikes me as very odd.

I guess until Sunday we won't know all the figures. Maybe there has been a fault. Sam Smith fans are saying there is in regards to his single sales so who knows.

Either way its not like this wasn't expected. She hasn't been selling big since 2010. It seems like she is going through a early 90s phase where people either loved her or just deeply hated her. She really is getting such strong negative reactions from people right now purely because she is 56. Its kinda disgusting really.

another thing that concerns me is the fact the deluxe cover with the ropes around her face has been pretty dominant everywhere. So, what if casual fans are looking for that picture and don't realise the Standard cover is the same thing so refrain from buying it - assuming it's sold out? I think it was a massive mistake to change the artwork so drastically on each of the versions. MDNA was different, but also tellingly, you could see it was the same thing.

Erotica - Erotica
Bedtime Stories - Secret
Something to Remember - I'll Remember
