No good series. But tonight was dull, I'd have preferred some of the bigger personalites to get to the end. Seems like a low key final.

Ashley won't walk the final (she should) but the amount of people saying they want Charlie to win because she's British is worrying.

I think this series has been great. Such a likeable bunch, and I end up caring more for people I like than those simply deemed entertaining (who end up getting tedious after a while).

I haven't been too thrilled with the previous couple of years, plus it's nice to see some girl power again on the show.

This is for me too.

Rosemary was under the "entertainment" umbrella but I couldn't stomach her.

I really like Ashley and Charlie, both great girls.

I think it has been rather good.

A reasonable mix of people, who, obviously all wouldn't get on all the time, but watchable in their own way.

I have to say Helen aside on this, not because i don't like her, I have no great opinion, but she seemed to stick out a bit, like a deliberate add on.

Almost like a paid 'plant' to be an annoyance/controversy.

Which, if you get the right mix 'naturally' (by that I mean different ages, gender, social strata, occupation) you don't really need that.

For me all of the final five could have been worthy winners, so no complaints.

Most years, I'll only start watching it for the token hot female, but the show will usually generate enough interest for me to stick with it till the end, regardless of whenever said hottie leaves.

This year, though, there just wasn't any reason to watch, other than my usual shallow reasons. So once Helen went, I was done.

I've kept an eye on what's been going on via DS, but it doesn't look like I've missed much/anything.

Erm the hot female is still there.

Yeah lol. Ashley is way better looking than Helen.

I'd personally put Nadine and Charlie above her too.

Charlie!??

Only kidding.

Seriously though, Ashley's the token American,. She's 'nice'. But she's not hot. She should be. I mean, she's obviously very attractive. But, for some weird, inexplicable reason, she's just not hot.

Really?

Dam there is something wrong with you.

Helen looked rough without the make up, yet Ashley is absolutely stunning still (possibly even moreso without the make up)

There really isn't.

Trust me, when it comes to judging hotness (as subjective as it is, of course), I'm pretty generic. Random list, off the top of me head... Yvonne Strahovski. Hot. The Trinity of Jessicas (Alba, Biel, Ennis). Hot. Eliza Dushku. Hot. Becs on Pointless. Hot. Karen Gillan. Hot. Laura Trott. Hot (and poetic). Megan Fox. Hot..... and so on, and so on.

Fact is, you could count on the fingers of Captain Hook's bad hand the number of female celebrities who I don't find hot.

As I say, I don't deny it's weird. Ashley has everything that would normally qualify her for hotness. But she just isn't. But that's no bad thing. Because there's no way she would have reached the final if she genuinely was.

It's not up there on my list as best ever series... but it's tough to call it the worst (last year wasn't that hot).

It may take me a month to work out if having Helen in it was inspired or the worst decision of a celeb in the shows history.

I won`t miss they show when it's gone but over I'd say it's been one of the more forgettable series to date.

I still think Stacy Soloman and Dom Joly made the best camp meddlers .

For me, this has been one of the best series.

Helen was annoying, but far less so than the dreadful Gillian.
I liked most of the camp mates, Eric apart.
The final three were all worthy of being there, although I would rather had gone tonight.
David would have been my choice of runner up,

Ashley my winner. .

Not even close. I'm really surprised that people would think that it is, though each to their own.

I'd say this is one of the upper middle runs - not one of the very best (Early 2004, 2007) but nowhere near one of the worst (2006, 2009, 2011)

I can't even remember most of them tbh. I remember the one Biggins won, purely because of Janice Dickinson, and the one Swash won, and I remember Johnny Rotten calling everyone a bunch of qunts live on primetime tv and damning us to a 15 minute delay forever. And that's about it. It's all much of a muchness in the end.

Exactly, I am actually quite happy with the final two but would never have predicted them.

I think it got off to a shaky start but all in all has been a good series, I just wish ITV would give us more onscreen camp time, or better still bring back the live feed

I have enjoyed it, because it's been quite close to call a winner all the way through the three weeks, one day you would say one person, then the next you would want to change your mind.

Also they have had a good bunch of contestants, I actually heard of most of them and that's pretty rare.

Nice to have an all girls final really makes a change, and we have had some great moments, Ashley's screaming saying she saw a monster and Hugo's face reaction because of it, still makes me laugh out loud everytime I see it.

I would find it worrying if someone wanted a person to win as they dont like other nationalities, but when someone wants a home win as such then I dont see a problem, there is not hate in the decision not that I can see anyway , just the same as when you want the home team to win in football.

I think both girls are worthy finalists.

Once Helen left all the drama went and my interest waned. Certainly gripped me much less than previous years.

I've really enjoyed it

I love how ITV billed Eric as MrNasty and yet everyone who spent any time with him said what a top bloke he was
All in all it was a very well cast season
I was annoyed with Helens attitude at the start of the show but once she stopped the Gillian McKeith charade she settled she became a decent addition to the show

It's been one of the best series for me. I've found the last few series to be a bit dull and repetitive.

Everything you said there I disagree with

Been refreshingly bitch free and at times funny

Ant and Dec continue to make the show

Ashley will I am afraid not walk the Final. Don't be shocked if Charlie wins disappointing though it will be.
