What about the fact some of us Charlie fans like her for who she is?

I don't care that she was in Eastenders. I'm more annoyed with the constant references to her daughter in here then on the show. I just like Charlie for being a fun, entertaining, fair, strong individual. I like Charlie for being Charlie.

It's all over now, really, so it doesn't matter. The result is predictable. Here's to next year.

This is silly. Kiki is a little girl who said she wanted to be a Princess. It was a mother and daughter talking to each other on a phone. There was no "tool" involved. It was a moment in 3 weeks.

I picked scab today. One scab in three weeks. Does that make me a scab picker for life? No.

With due respect to you it doesn't make sense what you're saying as Charlie was getting votes well before Kiki was introduced.

Judging from this forum having a child works against you, what you need is a pretty face, good figure, be desperate to be known in the UK, plus a production team prepared to give you more air time than the other contestants.......Charlie has nothing to offer ITV she's tied to Eastenders....... Ashley Roberts will be a far better scoop for them, and people have fallen for it

Obviously not judging by the amont of horrible and sometimes cruel posts I've seen on here.

Far better to be pretty, look good in a bikini and have a song and dance routine.

How pray did she 'use' her daughter as a tool to win?

^ This, I don't get why people think Charlie is in the running because of Kiki, she has clearly had support all along. Of course the Kiki thing will give her sympathy and that will translate into new fans and votes, but I think the effect of it is being over egged.

I think in fairness Charlie would've built up a lot of voters just for people liking her as a person but I think it's pretty naive to think she hasn't added votes to her base voters through the sympathy vote with the missing out on the doors challenge episode as well as the cute kid factor wanting to be princess thing.

I agree.

Charlie is not using her daughter. The producers are pulling the strings

I can't blame Charlie for the over reliance on the Kiki factor.Indeed, I wouldn't actually blame the producers either, they've got a show to make after all. It's not their fault that her child is the most interesting thing about Charlie.

She just seems like a very down-to-earth, girl next door type. She's lovely but I prefer Ashley

I never watch Eastenders, had no idea who Charlie was before the show started, liked her before the whole Kiki behind the door saga and still like her now.

Maybe some people are just seeing a genuine, likable young woman?

Well you say that, but if I recall correctly it sounded to me like the daughter was coming out with some very 'agent-fed' lines.
She even said something like 'Win it for me' which sounded a bit off to me.

Agree. It is always tiresome when people try to explain away other peoples' support and prove that it is not 'real'.

I think if Charlie wins she will be one of the most undeserving winners ever; I think it's a Kiki sympathy vote. The scene behind the door was cute yes but does it really deserve all the real characters being voted out?

I think that's a bit unfair. I've enjoyed watching all of the other contestants and their families in the IACGMOOH series. Must say, that Kiki doesn't seem to be shy at all, and what a little mini-me Charlie has, her daughter looks just like her. I loved their chat on the phone. Even David looked as if he had a little tear in his eye.
