If you want Ashley to win, you just vote for her. I intend to vote for only the second time ever in this, because I see someone I really think deserves to win, and that is Ashley. She has been the best by far in there, and I never knew of her before this prog. PCD is not my bag.

They were brilliant weren't they - I can't even say why I think that, it's just the effect they had.

My heart sank when Denise won it.

How odd - I wonder what the rationale for that is? Mind you, I like Australia's BB and we can't vote on that but I guess that's a bit different really.

If you want to vote for Ashley, I shall make an extra call or two on your behalf PinkPetunia - if you want to vote for Charlie, tough

Who gives a care about nationality when it comes to voting? It's just a competition.

For example, when Gino D'Acampo won in 2009, he was Italian, and we didn't complain about it. I don't see any reason why nationality should stand in the way.

Not sure if you know already but it wasn't FMs making that claim - it was said on the ITV2 show as the reason Charlie should win.

Unfortunately I've read online and seen on the IAC Now show, it seems that some people are supporting Charlie over Ashley because Ashley is not British. Despite the big lead on the current "final two" poll here, do you think that it could actually cost her the win?

I hope not, it's fine not to vote for Ashley if you don't like her but not voting for her because she's not British is not right IMO. Her nationality shouldn't even come into play.
It wont be the reason she doesn't win, She stand a jolly good chance of winning. But if she doesn't win, people who dislike Charlie will say it did, after they have stopped banging on about Charlie being popular because of her child and EE

People will make their choices, and if they choose to allow nationality to come into it, they will. BUT remember there are circumstances in which that will work in Ashley's favour.

What if she wins because she is the one people like most? How will you know?

If Ash wins will you admit that you were wrong.
Will you say that Ash won because people voted AGAINST Charlie?
Is that a possibility?

Whoever wins wins. its not important, its been a good enjoyable show in the main. I don't care who wins.

Ashley, Hugo and Charlie have been my favourites from Day 1. I want Ashley to win as she just 'pips it' for me from charlie, and that's because she makes me laugh out loud.

I hope Ashley wins tonight ( I shall be voting for her ) but I won't be too disappointed if Charlie wins

Well judging by the LARGE margin she is winning by on here I say it's only the panel who don't want her to win because she's american. Best thing to do is vote for her. She could win this.

I'm sorry but that's rubbish.

Neither this forum or some panel are representative of the voting viewers.

They mentioned her being British after they said what a great person she was.

Ashley has been given a lot of extra attention because of her looks...Dec cannot talk about her without drooling, nor can Joe. And yet no one is citing this as being an unfair advantage.

Both great girls.

It could cost her some votes but I actually think she is going to win. Myself I don't mind which of them wins.

I didn't realise Ashley's Dad was in The Mamas & Papas.

i'll spend 50 pence on a vote for Ashley because i thinks she deserves to win. i dont care where anyone comes from and it would be a shame for her to lose just because of her birthplace.

I don't know.

But what I do know is that it's hard for Americans to win British reality game shows even when to the viewers on the forums they appear to be very popular.

There have been times in the past where American contestants appear to look like the winner and it comes as a big shock when they are eliminated in something like 4th or 5th place.

I think that this time Ashley will win though. But I think it will be a lot closer in the vote than it may appear on the surface.

I've been voting quite a lot since yesterday for Ash to win. I like Charlie but Ashley has been my strong favourite for about a week and a half now

But we've been here before. The perception in the past has been that an American contestant appears very popular indeed on the forums.

But in reality the actual vote went differently.

As it goes though I think Ashley will win. This time I think the American can just about do it. But I'll bet it will be close in the voting.

I agree IMO it's a close call, they have both been good at trials and not caused any argument, so Charlie being British might make a few people vote for her.
