So am I. Also nice to see that they obviously get along so well together and are so naturally happy

It is quite pathetic. Charlie won because more people voted for her, if you wanted Ashley to win, you should have voted for her more lol. Kiki came on about 10 seconds before the voting closed, she didn't change the votes.

See you on SCD and DOI. Possibly CBB - depends on who is on it.

Why would ITV set up a win for one of the BBC's biggest stars?

It looked like they froze Charlie out of airtime till she kept on doing well in the polls and they then let her have a story and more airtime as they couldn't have a winner without them. When they let her do some tasks she did as well as Ashley. A question tonight was would people vote for Ashley going straight at the last trial or Charlie visibly finding it more difficult but also succeeding? Its a bit like the question how much reward David deserved for being so good at trials.

A couple of posts after mine Mormon Girl posted "Why is it a fix do any of you watch Charlie on Eastenders?" pretty much proving my point.

Maybe you're the exception to the rule, but the Eastenders vote will definitely have influenced it. To suggest otherwise is naive.

As for Helen, she's just a very unlikeable character. She could be in your own family and you wouldn't vote for her.

Whereas Charlie is a nice person.

She got to the final on her own merit, but I think it's fair to say the final vote will have been swung by the Eastenders votes and the emotional blackmail of constant references to her daughter.

This!, She'll go back to working for the BBC, They had a shot to create a star in Ashley, this could've been such a great thing for Ashley, to have the Queen of the Jungle thing under her belt.. I'm just so gutted right now.. I actually voted for her, so I have a right to feel this way, I used what was left of my credit to vote for her, I would've voted more if I could..

Mormon girl is the person on the soap forum who posts constantly about the same thing (a family on EE) and tries to force her opinions down your throat by asking lots of questions, please don't judge us all by her

Lol, have you seen the state of this forum?

People screaming about "fixes" and "disgrace" and "joke" as though it actually matters.

As though the ITV execs give a flying fig who actually bloody wins.

They all get paid what was originally agreed, it makes no difference to them whatsoever.

I think you're right. The voting public seems to like people to struggle but overcome. David aced the trials with consumate ease.
