The only amazing thing about that performance was he had the brass neck to think he could do that song any justice at all,

jahmene was totally overated by the judges , think they where influenced by the story , rather than the vocal

I truly believe that Maloney could be the new Frank Sinatra after that performance, astounding.

Watch Josh Grobin, or even Rhydian (said through gritted teeth) Maloney did a mediocer version. The song sold it.

Karaoke Chris did sing quite well.

But sadly for him after he did well as he came on first - as soon as the others came on they just totally outclipsed him.

At best he could do an album of covers but he's just not in the same league as Michael Buble. He can sing the 80s songs okay but as soon as he tried to do something more up to date he failed miserably.

If he's going on the West End stage that's fine as I never go there.

Hahaha. I'm so stunned by blind (deaf?) fanaticism of the Jahmene fans, that I can't tell whether anyone is being serious anymore.

He isn't good enough for West End. maybe the touring production but that's as good as it gets.

Doing a Buble song actually really showed the difference between being retro (as Buble is) ans being outdated (which Chris is). It wasn't even good enough for Butlins imo
