He's better blasting out the power ballads. I'm not a fan whatever he sings but I wonder what his fans will make of that last one. I'm not a Buble fan but at least he has style. Chris singing Buble sadly showed that he has none - imo of course.

It wasn't awful, it just didn't sound like Buble. If it had sounded like Buble the judges would have accused him of not doing his own version so he was on a loser whatever he did.

He shouldn't have been given a Buble song in the first place though as Buble's voice is very distinctive. Chris has zero tone to his voice. Its just all power with no emotion and thats what the last performance proved.

His weakest performance of the night.

He's still sailing through to the final based on his first song. Which was his best performance to date well done.

He sounded better than MIcky Bubble.....
James, on on the other hand, was dreadful.

WIth all these differences of opinion, it's making for a great X-Factor year, even if the overall standard of talent is low. Can't wait until tonights results show!

Agree - but surely Gary knew that. He must have been cringing in rehearsals but probably told Chris he was great!

Quite a clever move from Gary and the production, assuming they want Chris out - play to his ego, give him a song he doesn't know how to sing... Then sit back and watch him implode! Although I'm still expecting Onion J or James to go tonight tbh.

Even Gary knew it was not good , and took the blame for the song choice .

It's a shame the chris fan club can't be honest

the chease is back and the boo ing
I don't know what chease is and there was no booing for him whatsoever. Friends were there and confirmed only booing was for Nicole after the first song when she went a tiny bit neg although overal she rated Chris very highly.

Why should they after all the lies hurled towards Chris and them especially on here - no names mentioned. Most fans are saying first song incredible, second song choice not so good, but the first one is enough to get him through by a million
miles

Gary doesn't lie to Chris, sometimes he's a little too honest. He has nothing to worry about

think gary for the first time realised maloney isn't going to be
the chosen one

if gary heard him in rehearsals , sent him out singing like that
means got no time for him
