"I just haven't met you yet,"

There's a reason for that Chris.

He was flat out flat. I don't give a fig if he wins the competition or not, they've all showcased themselves by now.

I was cringing while listening to it... I felt embarrassed for him, it was painful.

Personally I enjoyed that loud and brash drum.....I also enjoyed the 'disco' feel that he brought to the song....... *head in hands*

Only at the end when they want to empty the ground.

This was exactly what I thought, at the beginning He seemed to start in the wrong key and maybe that was what continued without. I did agree that his first song was quite good and feel sorry for him in the fact that he was put through by the Judges at the audition stage and every week he gets treated as if he had killed his Nan. However how some posters just blindly like every performance baffles me because his second song was off. I love Jahmene but have felt at times that he wasnt as good as was made out by the Judges and at times ive liked Union J but sometimes they have been off. I was a teenager when I bought Whitney Houstons first album and was a super fan, but can admit a lot of her later performances were heartbreakingly bad. This isnt a politics forum, surely we can celebrate and admit when our favs have had an off moment or a blindingly good one
Terrific post but unfortunately, no, most people don't seem to able to be honest. There will always be people who will blindly back their favourite because they don't want to be seen to be backing a loser. For these people, it's all about one-upmanship and trying to get everyone to agree with them. I'd say it was kids in the playground stuff but as you rightly say, it happens right at the very 'top' of society, with politicians.
