Interesting reading. The man was practical and straight to the point. None of that sentimental shmaltz upon meeting his real mum.
I wish him the best for his plain speaking honesty, unlike some chain-smoking greedy fraudster whom we all wish would go away - soon. |

He went in as if he was going to be the life and sole of the party but I've never seen a contestant's mask slip as quickly as his did because after a week or so he was complaining that he just wanted the whole thing to be over and get out of the house yet he also went on about wanting to get to the final week.
Then, according to this interview, he comes out of the house and doesn't join in with the other housemates at end of show parties etc, just sits in his hotel room crying and reading all the bad press articles written about him. He needs to stop being so self-obsessed and lighten up. I think he's quite a troubled, confused person. |

He could have just gritted and bared it for the sake of rounding the whole thing off.

There is so much humiliation even he could take. Nadia was not even booed on The Weakest Link and her devoted followers are already up in arms about nothing. |

i feel sorry for jason, he himself has stated that he hasnt had a relationship for a long time, and whilst in the house said he wasnt close to his family, i hope hes happier now, he so didnt enjoy the bb experience and just endured it, counting off the days, he promised so much at first, and when mingling and relaxed with group was witty, i didnt particularly like him as a hm as i prefer the loud squealy ones, i find them more entertaining, and his narcissism was overwhelming, but i wish him well, tis the season etc

I find it a little odd that he appears to have been disappointed in his natural mother because she doesn't look like him. What's that all about?

It looks like he's sorting himself out. Ok, it's not the uptempo mediaslut interview/bitter hatchet job you expect from an ex-BBer, but it seems as if he has gained something from the experience on a personal level, is resolving his demons, planning for the future. Good luck to him.

Jason was one of the worst HMs ever, he added nothing to the show apart from misery.
Seeing him preen himself every night was sickening. And the denying his sexuality more times than Peter denied Jesus, was laughable. |

Now he's out there doing appearances and making some money off the back of his BB experience and good on him, I'd do exactly the same thing if I was in his position. The reason he didn't attend the after show stuff though and in particular the BBLB show which brought them all back together (and let's face it, all the other housemates were there and so were they in BB4 and BB3 I think) was because the show hadn't gone the way he'd anticipated. It was obvious that he thought he would be very popular both in and out the house and was gutted when he realised that he wasn't. I recall his annoyment at not being voted the best looking housemate in the pretend awards ceremony the housemates did. I thought he was joking at first but then realised he was being quite serious saying something along the lines of him being the complete package or something. To be the "complete package" you may need an endearing personality too Jason. |

I like the surly Scot more out the house than I ever did when he was in the house. He's not so bad

This is the way, i felt on reading the press footage too. Though i have to admit i absolutely hated every minute he was on screen (after week 1). He really spoiled BB5 for me . He did put a dampener on lots of nights that looked as if they could be good fun. I was no fan of Victor , but think we might have saw a totally different Victor too. OK im no mind reader but IMO Vic was itching to join in the fun on several occassions, and was absulutely hilarious the night he "did" let go! That said , on reading the paper this morning, my heart went out to Jason. I truly wish him hapiness and would love him to find true love and all his wishes come true. Even on his most arrogant, bitter days he always said this was all he really wanted in life. It was the only time i saw his eyes soften. Part of me doesnt think this is possible, until he gets some kind of help . If his friends were true friends they would be dragging him to get some kind of help! IMO if he does n't seek help he is destined to live the rest of his life as very lonely , unhappy man. No matter what i thought and said when he was in the house, I would hate to think this is going to be the case. |

Even when Emma was goading the 2 in the snug, Victor was taking it in good sted but again it was Jason who made a fuss of it all. Jason added nothing to BB5 but his own ego and misery. |
