You do realise X Factor contestants are going to have to thicken their skin a little if they plan on making it big? Not that any of them will.

James wins hands down. When all someone can resort to is to mock a typo it shows what a piss poor excuse for a comedian he is (oh how he has gone down hill since Mock the Week).

Have you ever considered that maybe Frankie wouldn't 'agree' to meet KP as it was being exploited as it was part of her reality TV programme??

No, he didn't want to meet her because he had no defence for his pathetic unfunny joke it was as simple as that. And did you ever consider Harvey didn't want to be exploited for Frankie's "jokes"?

You mean he was being played at his own game. Couldn't make the grade then could he.

It takes a certain mentality clearly and it has f-all to do with IQ.

Personally I can't stand Frankie Boyle, I would describe him as a professional troll. Having said that james should have just stayed out of it.

Why is Frankie Boyle tweeting X Factor contestants anyway? If he doesn't like them just don't watch the show. Maybe James is right and this is a bit of attention seeking?

Maybe Boyle likes the show, but doesn't like certain contestants; just like every single other person who watches the show.

Frankie Boyle has always been unpleasant. I'm surprised Jahmene or James have bothered to even reply to him.

I don't think James came across as arrogant. He was just giving back. Calling someone who insults you sad or whatever is not arrogance.

I like Frankie; I thought he was hilarious on MTW especially when he was on that but I don't get why replying to him makes James arrogant.

Added to his fake humbleness his yapping back at someone like Frankie shows me he thinks hes more important that he is well it does to me anyway. If he wants to continue the "humble" act while falling out of clubs with a different woman every night he should keep his head down on twitter.

Makes you wonder what he would be doing with his life if he hadn't made it as a comedian.

For those who didn't keep up, it escalated a little bit and there was a lot more back and forth between them. More than I could keep up with. So there you go

Exactly what I was thinking. Proof positive that you should always keep it classy and not lower yourself to their level when responding to criticism.

(And I can't stand Frankie Boyle, by the way.)

Eh Frankie Boyle was continually insulting his teeth and his look so it started from James replying you're not exactly a good looking man yourself.

Of course if it were Chris he would have left twitter citing vile abuse from a vile comedian and got 100k more votes for it, James decided to try and insult him back and obviously it's not quite his strong point.

Again, jokes aren't attacks, if you actually mean what you say, it isn't a joke.
