I was hoping for the impossible, I know...

And this year's winner is... NOBODY as they are all crap.

It would be nice though?

haha well that's not gonna happen is it!

I've never understood why the judges are losing it every week over Jahmene and James, to me they're just average. Don't get me started on Chris and Union J - although ironically Union J are my favourite in the competition only because they've got the only good singer on that show stuck in that lousy boyband ugh!

Is it Jaymi? Brilliant singer. Not just a great voice but he really knows what to do with it.

It's just so X Factor to put him in boy band no. 12178.

Technically they could all lose in the long run if none achieve post-show success, because that's what really matters, isn't it? Winning doesn't really mean much if it leads to nothing.

I can't see Union J being a success at all after the show.
I can't see Chris being a proper success but I can see him doing a Mary Byrne type thing. Covers album for Mother's Day which does well. Original album which probably doesn't. Who knows, though. It's hard to say whether his votes will translate to sales.
Jahmene... eh... he's so dull I really can't envisage him doing great as a star kind of thing, but album-wise he has potential I suppose. And like Chris, there is an audience. He's just so uncharismatic and dull, though.
James Arthur could probably do quite well despite his limited talents. He has the most potential of the four, I'd say. It depends on the material he gets/writes.

It's hard to predict though. We'll see!

Uhh no it's George! kidding! of course it's Jaymi the sad thing is that he auditioned in the group, should have gone solo. Funny how the judges almost never compliment him though, it's usually Josh who gets the praise, yet if it was a sing-off competition between say, Jahmene and Jaymi, Jaymi would absolutely destroy him.

I know a lot of people say Jaymi is probably the best singer in the competition (which is probably true) but he's very Joe McElderry

I wouldn't mind none of them winning lmao, but tbf, I think James is gonna come out the best. He's gonna be a proper singer-songwriter so he should do well. Even artists 'against' the x-factor type of singer are supporting him

I think Jaymi is more contemporary than Joe. Nobody has heard songs from James they just assume like that clown Barlow that they will be good.

The short version of his own song on Xtra Factor was absolutely awful.

It's like the last general election - no one will like the winner.

It annoys me how the show is hyping up Jahmene. It's like they have no knowledge of past winners.

James (although he isn't my cup of tea) and Union J will do well after the show as long as their respective fanbases stick with them for when they release their debut album. Both write their own material too.

Don't get me started on Chris

I wish they would all lose too. Between the astonishing lack of actual talent, likeable personalities, sympathy cards being pulled all over the place, and so many sob stories the show has become depressing to watch when it's supposed to be light entertainment fluff for the weekend I wonder what on earth has gone wrong.

I never thought this series could be worst than last year, which I thought would be impossible to top in terms of the worst series of the XF ever, but my God it is. I have never known anything like it.
