Because Michael has improved leaps and bounds in ballroom to the point where he is one of the best ballroom dancers this year (in comparison to previous years that's not saying much, but still), and his Latin is now improved from the horror that was his jive. Natalie has worked miracles.
I don't like Nicky, but even I will admit that he's better than where he was at the start of the competition. He was overmarked for the Charleston but it wasn't awful, and his AT wasn't a disaster when it could easily have been. I don't rate Karen at all, but clearly some of what she's teaching him is sticking as even his posture isn't as awful as it used to be (it's still not good though).
Lisa, on the other hand, hasn't improved at all since week 1. I thought her cha cha was overrated and she's been overmarked ever since. There wasn't a shred of decent ballroom technique in her Quickstep - she was doing the steps in the right order and that's about it. There were timing issues, no heel leads, no energy in her kicks and the end was just embarassingly out of sync. Plus for an actress she hasn't acted any of the dances so far, she just plasters the same smirk on her face each week and that's just as bad as Louis' non-performance.
Plenty of reason to single her out.

What, the reason that she hasn't improved technically at all since week 1 (and that's where the 'same' criticism comes from - it's the same level of bad dancing, as well as some very similar choreography by Robin in all of the Latin dances) isn't a valid one? I thought I was watching a show that was to some extent about dancing!

Overall she's worse than Michael, yes, and you say he couldn't move his body in time - neither could she, her leg extensions and kicks were so laboured and the end was completely out of time. And yes, Robin was woeful last night too, I don't rate his dancing or choreography at all.

I agree with all of that - if she wins, it'll be a joke, and whether or not I watch next year or not will depend hugely on who takes part - that's 3 years in a row that one contestant has almost ruined my enjoyment of the show. The difference being that in the two years previously, I've had a favourite contestant (or 3, in the case of the 3 finalists the year Kara won) who has redeemed the show for me. That's not the case this year.

Perhaps it will be best all round if she goes this Saturday.”
I fervently hope the panto producers insist she does the Saturday shows.
