It seems so, but the article's opening sentence does suggest it was a girl:

The four being James, two of Union J and Christopher. Although virginal Jahmene is said to have been included in the sex ban, there's no suggestion he has been a naughty boy, so he can't be one of the fornicating four.
I still think Christopher would most likely be with the bell-boy though, as would I. Quite noble of The Sun not to out him if it was another male, how times have changed.
