Who would the judges of saved
So as we know the public decided tonight, but if it was still down to the judges . Who do you think would of stayed

OP here is a useful tip on how to remember when to use HAVE an not OF.
Simply remove the "would" from the sentence. Eg "the judges of saved Union J" does not make any sense at all. Hope this helps
