Maybe they are in the closet and too embarrass to admit they are secretly voting for the Chrismeister!

Liverpool has a habit of getting their boy/girl to the Final - fourth time in nine years.

Well he's very cruise ship/Butlins and to be fair, lots of people like that sort of thing . . . people can get tired of everything having to be oh so credible all the time.

Well I would rather tell my parents I am an animal "lover" than vote for that useless piece of tat.

Honestly, he makes my blood boil and those who vote for him even more so - talentless fool.

There are not many people voting for any of them. Dermot said thankyou to 1 million people who voted but what he meant was that 4 acts combined totalled 1 million votes, not 1 million voters. A lot of people who do vote, vote 10 times, so the number of people voting is probably under 1/2 million. Split it equally and you have about 125,000 voters for each act, and assume it isn't equal then it's just tens of thousands for some acts, probably including Chris's.

I would guess his supporters (and the show's detractors who want to duff up the result by voting for Chris) are very active on the phonelines, partly because the judges made it far too clear they didn't want him to win. So he gets a sympathy vote plus the vote for the worst brigade.

It'll be all those cruise-ships full of people who remember him fondly, the whole of Liverpool and all the "When I'm old I shall wear Purple" ladies.

factorxx also thinks Tulisa's album will easily get to number 1. I'd take his/her posts with a pinch of salt.

How do you know it was him and Union J who was the bottom 2? surely the logic suggests it was James and Union J in bottom 2?
I havent voted for him, but would have no problem voting for him if i was given 1 free vote every week! refuse to line the pockets of Xfactor now! learnt my lesson! Chris has sung amazingly in his style every week (apart from buble song) i cant say the same for the other 2 finalists...
