lol Lola - I'm afraid that as far as My Way is concerned it could be the other way round. Il Divo recorded it before G4 sang it on X-factor but the Il Divo version isn't in English.

simons purpose is to big up his own acts and nowt else...he was obviously thinking on his nether regions when he got jordan up there...her voice was cute but lets face it if she was at the auditions...she would have got "dressess like a stripper.....nothing special" line...and what the hell was that bloke doing darting across the stage mid-song...if it was supposed to be some kind of smoochy dance thing it didn't work...it was hilarious

Simon isn't copying G4, Il Divo were formed over a year ago and after a 2 year search... so Simon has had the idea for a while now!

Jordan singing was hilarious.... notice the camera wasn't on Simon or Louis once during her performance! I'm assuming she's signed to Simons label? She may be rubbish but I bet she'll sell records, that will be why he's signed her....

The fact is that O Holy Night and My Way do lend themselves to classical voices, so it's no suprise that both groups have performed these songs. Neither group has a monopoly on either song, and their approach is quite different.

Interestingly, Il Divo fans were up in arms about G4 daring to sing O Holy Night when Il Divo 'got there first', yet I don't see Pavarotti fans complaining that he recorded it before Il Divo...

i thought it was coz they'd realise what a huge mistake they had made and were probably too embarrassed

......I don`t think anyone has signed her yet........I read she was HOPING to get a recording contract, but let`s face it if what she did on Saturday is anything to go by.......WILL anyone have the stupidity to sign her......I mean seriously, would anyone actually go out and buy her records?

I thought Jordan was terrible on the Westlife show!

I personally prefer G4s version of My Way. I haven't heard them sing O Holy Night so can't comment on that one.

I think Jordan will sell records because of who she is... and lets face it, the guys in the recording studio can do amazing things with people's voices now... they'll make her sound great, and she can just mime if she has to sing live.... I reckon she'll sell.... unfortunately

Have you noticed that il divo cannot mime to save their lives?

The times I've seen them, they've sung live.... I guess it would be difficult to mime to their songs.... they'd just have to stand with their mouths open lol...
