It always annoyed me how she always called him Brody, surely as his wife she should be calling him Nick?
His wife calls him by his first name most of the time now, but before they got married she like the rest of us used his surname and it took her a while to adjust. |

A few thoughts - I wonder how they will square up how Brody has been living for the last couple of months as the most wanted man in the world as he can't have many friends on either side to turn to.
Where is Major Mike. Are they setting up some selfie photo scandal for the mumbler. Will we every find out about Saul failing the lie detector. |

There's still something I just cant trust about Saul. Apart from Estes (who's dead) and Carrie, who is on Brody's side, wasn't he the only one with access to the memory card with Brody's confession for the suicide bombing which didn't happen?
The person who framed Brody is probably a key person too. |

As for Carrie, is she really trying to find Brody? And if so, why? She helped him escape! Or is she pretending to try to find him? |

Yes, I bet they are. Even if her boyfriend doesn't turn out to be up to something (and I bet he is), she was taking the photo right by the window! Was she sure that none of that media pack had followed her home? I know the FBI are supposed to be keeping watch on the family, but I don't think she would rely on them that much.

I wish this season opened with a strong and healthy Carrie who is not yet again blaming herself for the world(CIA) failing s. She should be fit and positive if she wants the thruth to come out. She deserved the credit for taking down AN and to be the first and only person to know what Brody was to start with... Very frustrating that such a brilliant story is appearing beyond repair! |

LOL agree, you would think that if you were shagging a good looking woman on the stairs the first thing of would be her top and bra closely followed by her trousers/pants and knickers , why leave the bra on , it may be because of artistic licence or whatever they call it, or product placement.

I thought she was dreaming and it was Brody ?
An excellent slow burner. Shocked by Saul, but he will have a plan, he always has a plan. My couple of theories are, Saul is really a double agent (but I think they tease that too often for it too happen.) and just does not care for Carrie and has always been playing bigger game. Or, he realises the need for a scapegoat, he is in an ideal position to feed Carrie to the wolves. Once the dust has settled and the CIA are no longer being punished as the Director he is ideally placed to then reach out to Carrie and bring her back into the fold. |

In a December 2012 New York Times interview, Howard Gordon explained why Jessica calls her husband "Brody," his last name, instead of his first name, "Nicholas," or any nickname form thereof: "It's something that's been in their relationship from the very beginning and speaks to the love between them. We've heard from many military families, and it's not that uncommon a practice." The only reason it seems odd to me is because Mike is known by his first name, as was Tom Walker. |

I'm quite familiar with people with the disorder and yes it can lead to promiscuous affairs, one night stands, increase in pleasurable activities etc. during the hypomanic state because of the increase in sex desire /decrease in inhibitions during that phase .
On the other hand does having sex on the stairs make one a slut? ![]() |

Did anyone else find it odd that Jess can't afford to send her daughter to counselling, but can afford a new bathroom suite?

Even though he loves Jess, it's not hard to believe that her and Mike are over. He works for Military Intelligence so it hardly seems likely he would continue a romance with the wife of a terrorist, especially as the terrorist is the worlds most wanted man or whatever, and also killed Tom Walker.
Given the time shift between Seasons 2 and 3 - 58 days - and all that's gone on including Dana's suicide attempt, counselling, family's loss of income, Jess trying to get back into work etc Mike doesn't really need to make an appearance. They could explain his absence quite easily. I don't see the point of him continuing in the story anyway. |

Saul hanging poor Carrie out to dry. The barstard. Do American secret service agents really woop and clap when they take down a terrorist suspect or target like that? I find it really bizarre when they do this in every show. Is it just a habit these show have gotten into?
