As for traitors inside, I know there was talk of a "mole" but Javaidi didn't seem to have as much information as previously thought, otherwise he wouldn't be so keen to know how the CIA tracked his six operatives in different countries within a twenty minute window. He genuinely thought he could recruit Carrie, before she told him she was there to lure him in.”
But he set up this mission without the authorisation of his soon to be new boss. Perhaps Saul believes they have come too far to jeopardise this operation he and Carrie have worked so hard to build, despite Carrie's recent attempts of derailing all their hard work. And Saul going to Lockhart now will no doubt only ruin the operation and he and Carrie would be out of the CIA within seconds. Something doesn't ring true with Lockhart anyone. Something doesn't add up. Maybe he is the mole.
And as Quinn said, this is just the beginning. They have come too far now.
