Sorry to double-post, but I forgot to say - so are we supposed to believe that Mira is about the same age as Saul? I must have misunderstood every scene they ever had together because I thought she was much younger than him and probably a second wife.

Has the whole mole story disappeared??
I'm waiting to see Quinn get a break ! He's looking visibly distressed ? On the other hand Saul looking like he's won the lottery , kind of . Hope his gamble with Javardi pays off. |

Damian Lewis and Claire Danes were interviewed by Charlie Rose on his show a few days ago. It's shown on the Bloomberg news channel, 502 on Sky.
DL doesn't give the plot away obviously, but towards the end of the interview he does indicate as to how much Brody may or may not feature. Damian Lewis http://www.charlierose.com/watch/60300596 Be careful of some slight spoilers though. Claire Danes http://www.charlierose.com/watch/60299707 Thanks for these links, worth watching, but didn't think Claire Danes interviewed well, but Damian Lewis was excellent. |

I think Saul mentioned that he was 21 in the picture, so in reality Mira would have been 7. ![]()

Is it important ? I never gave it a thought but when Saul showed Javardi the photo he mentioned" the four of them" so it seemed to me that meant they and their women were together then .

It's looking like the mole passed the keys to the person who was thought to have died but didn't , moved the car instead ? So where are they ? Cannot be high ups ?

Well the actor that plays Saul is 14 years older than the actor that plays Mira so I suppose it's not that unbelievable that they're supposedly roughly the same age.
I think Saul mentioned that he was 21 in the picture, so in reality Mira would have been 7. ![]() ![]() The episode is called Gerontion, after a TS Eliot poem which is the monologue of an old man. It includes the lines I have lost my passion: why should I need to keep it Since what is kept must be adulterated? which could mean the title is a direct allusion to Mira's infidelity. (I don't actually know any of this stuff. I found it on Wikipedia) |

That's one way of slipping a spoiler in unless you were asleep during the whole of last night's episode?

You're right, Trudi - but that was an early scene in a car and Estes stood him down because they realised they hadn't successfully picked up Abu Nazir so they still needed Brody.
Later - ie, in a later episode - there was a scene in Estes' home where Quinn was sitting quietly waiting for him one night. I can't remember distinctly how he phrased it but he said that if Estes didn't want to find Quinn up close and unpleasantly personal in a dark place one day, he'd lay off Brody. I can't remember if his motivation for that encounter (which I loved!) was explicitly stated. However, I'm fully prepared for someone to correct me on the precise context as I may be misremembering exact details. ps: I think all the "spoilers" above are just speculation and don't need to be hidden. Speculation is fun and just part of sharing what we're watching.

I have my suspicions about Mira's new bit on the side. Maybe he is using her to see if he can find any secrets out about Saul etc.?

In the interests of consistency I've spoilered my comment, despite the fact it refers to earlier episodes... |
