Little Red Wagon.
Inspirational story based on real events, which concerns a young lad setting up a charitable foundation and his efforts to raise money for the needy. It's always a delight to be reminded that there are good people out there. I'd rate this higher if it weren't for the juxtoposed subplot of the homeless mother and son. Idea was right but I didn't feel it added anything to the story. 7/10. |

The Divide (2011)
It starts with a nuclear holocaust and just gets worse for the protagonists. A relentlessly feelbad movie. |

The Master - I didn't get a lot from it but Joaquin Phoenix was great to watch. Should have won the oscar over Day-Lewis. imo. 7/10
Dark Star - cheap but charming 6/10 |

No Child of Mine - Shocking and saddening but well acted and an honest portrayal of abuse.

I've Loved You So Long (Il ya longtemps que je t'aime)
Good, absorbing film. For me the best performance was that of the probationer guy i.e.

Argo - pretty disappointed, 6/10
No way should this have got the acclaim it's got. Very little character development, didn't give a damn about any character. |
