I know it's her money but that's obscene for a girl her age who doesn't even have a family as in children or anything. I mean some rich couples do not even live in a house that expensive!

You have to assume she's got a mortgage. Might be a problem for her if her album flops and she's about to get sacked from X Factor.

A very very big mortgage. After paying tax (I hope), I would doubt her net earnings over the last couple of years have exceeded £2m. If the report is true she is in hoc for many years to come but without the sustainabilty factor. Bad move, she may lose or gain on the property value, but if she can bag a Footballer like Cheryl did she may pull it off.

It don't matter if everything goes tits up in the future.... she can just sell it to an oligarch or sheikh for £8million... Anyway, doubt if she's actually bought it personally; I would guess/speculate that it's financed via a complex web of companies (but I of course have no reason not to belive the purchase will be fully moral and in accordance with HMRC tax laws).
