For goodness sake, talk about victim mentality! It's just ridiculous! Even if he wins X Factor, they will still be saying "oh yeah, but reason he flopped and no-one knows who he is any more is because of the unfair exposure he gets in the magazines/the bias on the BBC/The Queen shook someone else's hand a little longer after the Royal Variety performance*" (if he makes it that far, of course!)

Unless you were inferring that I have. I personally have started 1 thread in the past week. This one. This is not an outrage thread, it is simply that I am astounded at the mentality of the CM victim support group. But then why should I be astounded if you are a representative of that group? You don't even seem to be able to count.

As a supporter of his I can say here and now that I don't give a rat's arse whether he makes an album or, if he does, whether it sells three copies or three million. I just want him to win the competition. I'm one of these eccentrics who watch the show to see who wins. I'm not some deluded dude playing the pop equivalent of football manager, pretending I'm Simon Cowell, making and breaking careers. It's a TV programme. So far as I'm concerned, it all ends on Sunday.
